The Workforce Problem Starts Long Before the First Job
Bring GRiT to a School That Needs It Most
GRiT gives businesses a direct way to invest in the emotional intelligence, resilience, and leadership capacity of the next generation, before they enter the workforce.
Sponsor a Local School
High school is the launchpad, and the foundation starts earlier.
Employers are not struggling to train technical skills. They are struggling to find people who can regulate emotions, communicate clearly, take accountability, and work through conflict.
-
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce reports that 84% of hiring managers believe graduates are not workforce-ready, citing communication, professionalism, and adaptability.
-
The World Economic Forum projects that 39% of core job skills will change by 2030, with the fastest-growing needs being resilience, leadership, and self-awareness.
GRiT exists in the gap between education and employment.
What GRiT Teaches Students
GRiT is our curriculum family. Through offerings for middle school, high school, and higher education, GRiT builds the human skills employers consistently say are missing.
Relational Intelligence (RQ)
Students learn to understand themselves, read others, communicate clearly, navigate conflict, and collaborate effectively using tools like the 5 Voices, support–challenge framework, and team dynamics.
Why it matters: stronger communication, healthier team dynamics, reduced interpersonal friction, and higher trust in future workplaces.
Identity & Self-Leadership
Students develop internal clarity around who they are, how they think, and how they make decisions under pressure—then learn to lead themselves through mindset discipline, values alignment, and ownership.
Why it matters: higher accountability, better decision-making, increased initiative, and employees who don’t need constant supervision.
Emotional Regulation (EQ)
Students learn the neuroscience of stress, focus, and decision-making, gaining tools to regulate emotions, recover from setbacks, stay composed under pressure, and respond rather than react.
Â
Why it matters: fewer emotional blowups, better stress tolerance, improved performance under pressure, and healthier workplace cultures.
Habits, Systems & Follow-Through
Students build routines and internal systems that turn goals into consistent action through habit science, journaling, reflection, and personal accountability.
Why it matters: stronger reliability, improved follow-through, consistent performance, and employees who execute—not just intend.
What Your Sponsorship Funds
A GRiT sponsorship funds full implementation, not a one-time program or awareness initiative. Sponsors are underwriting the systems, training, and accountability required to build durable human skills in students before they enter the workforce.
Sponsors can fund implementation of GRiTsel (Tier 1 weekly middle school SEL), GRiTspark (middle school exploratory course), GRiTedu (grades 9–12), or GRiTuniversity (higher education). Schools may implement one pathway or stack multiple for deeper impact.
Your sponsorship includes:
- Curriculum integration and structured delivery
- Educator training and certification (ensuring fidelity)
- Relational intelligence and leadership workshops
- Ongoing coaching and implementation support
- Longitudinal measurement and reporting of outcomes
- Sponsor recognition through GRiT and partner schools
This is an investment in the human infrastructure of your community and future workforce.Â
Why Multi-Year Investment Creates Real Impact
One-year programs create awareness, where multi-year investment creates behavior change, habit formation, and culture. Workforce readiness is not built in a single academic year. Neither is emotional regulation, accountability, leadership, or follow-through.
