Your Role 

You are the bridge between our mission and the schools, districts, and education leaders ready to bring it to life. This isn’t about pushing curriculum into classrooms, but about creating conditions for cultural transformation in entire school systems. You’ll carry the GRiT curriculum into new regions, grow our footprint, and partner with educators to make sustainable change. Long term, this role provisionally includes managing a team of Educational Partnership Coordinators for your region.

Relational Mapping

Identify and cultivate aligned connections with superintendents, principals, counselors, teachers, and athletic directors. Learn their culture before you talk about ours.

Front-Line Alignment

Serve as the first point of contact between GRiT and the education world. Filter every opportunity through our litmus test of alignment, capacity, and readiness–not just budget.

Curiosity Creation

Lead conversations that shift mindsets. Use our data, stories, and questions to help leaders see the gaps they didn’t know existed.

Intelligent Integration

Facilitate warm, high-trust hand-offs to our curriculum, training, and onboarding team. Match the right GRiT program—GRiTspark, GRiTedu, GRiTsel, GRiTuniversity, etc.—to the right need.

Ecosystem Growth

Be a living example of GRiT’s language and mindset in every interaction. Carry the values that make educators not just want the program, but want to partner with you.

 Education & Experience

  • Experience inside education — teaching, counseling, administration, or program leadership — so you can speak an educator's language.
  • A background in educational technology or curriculum sales, ideally in a sales-management role.
  • Familiarity with GRiT is a plus; alignment with our mission is a must.

This is a fully remote, 1099 independent contractor role with a flexible schedule you own, reporting to the Director of Educational Partnerships.

  • Commission: a percentage of revenue from each new school or district partner you bring on, including renewals.
  • Realistic Year 1 OTE: $50K–$85K, based on closing 38+ school partnerships.
