What Students Learn Through GRiT
Across every GRiT program, students learn how to:
- Understand the brain under stress and build regulation skills they can use in real moments
- Grow relational intelligence through empathy, communication, boundaries, and repair
- Build resilience through habits, follow-through, and productive struggle
- Make better decisions by slowing down reactions and choosing aligned actions
- Lead themselves first through mindset, language mastery, values, and internal drivers
- Lead with others by strengthening trust, teamwork, and healthy influence
Executive-Level Tools, Leveled for Students
GRiT brings executive-level tools into education in a student-friendly way. Students practice real frameworks for communication, accountability, habits, decision-making, and leadership, then apply them to everyday school and life contexts.
